Randy Huston’s roots as a cowboy run deep, as evidenced by his continuing partnership with his dad in the cattle business with ranches in Nashville and Cuervo, New Mexico. He was breaking horses for wages at 13, when he began competing in Junior Rodeo. In the early 1990s, Huston pulled from his experiences as a cowboy and former resident of the West to write and record “Keepin’ The New West Wild.” Randy was just re-elected to the board of the North American Corriente Association and also has a new album out, “There’s A Hole in Daddy’s Rope.”
